These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of badgeriron.com and any purchase you make from Badger Iron ("we," "us"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
Badger Iron sells fine-art prints — giclée posters, framed prints, canvas, and metal prints — reproducing historical cast-iron architectural designs. Because each item is produced on demand, colors may vary slightly from what appears on your screen.
All prices are in US dollars. Payment is processed securely by Stripe at checkout. An order is confirmed once payment is successfully captured. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, in which case you will be refunded in full.
Prints are made to order and fulfilled by our print partner, Prodigi. Production and shipping times vary by product and destination. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
Because items are made to order, we accept returns or replacements only for products that arrive damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered. Contact support@badgeriron.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
The source designs reproduced by Badger Iron are drawn from historical works in the public domain. The curation, restoration, digital masters, site content, and the Badger Iron name and branding are our property and may not be reproduced without permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Badger Iron and Bowery Creative Agency, LLC are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
